Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognize when someone may be struggling with their mental health, how to offer initial support, and how to help them connect with professional help. Men’s mental health has always been at the heart of Men’s Sheds around the world. This course is a chance to build the skills to look out for one another, in the Shed and beyond.
